Growers and packers must train and attend monthly compliance meetings from labor employment and safety measures to environmental restrictions that are legal outside our borders and cultural practice standards of the highest measurements.

Please don’t forget that special crops are a small percentage of the nations’ agriculture, yet we make our produce selections so colorful and tasty. Navigating through all of the necessary compliance programs is daunting and consuming especially when producing and packing four different commodities.
