It's not our style to talk about ourselves, but I guess It's important to know about us. A farmer’s job is not done until It's done, and that goes the same for packing and distribution. There’s nothing really glamorous about it, other than when everyone’s dirty and hungry, it usually means that everyone’s putting 100% in to his job. That’s who we are. You may have heard that the grower is really a steward to the land, and that is true as you move vertically into hauling, packing and distribution.

Perishable products dictate your timeline, and we really live under the control of the climate. It’s implied but apparent as you may witness in the off-season, that our doors are never closed both physically and mentally. From my life long experience in this industry, it's being prepared allows us to have the edge on quality.

I owe my wife, Lynette, equal credit for our success. We shared the dream together to be vertically integrated. Because the year takes so long and the harvest happens so fast in contrast, all our efforts come to a complete halt after the pick and harvest. We wanted to be able to pack, too, in order to engage in the entire process. We have more control over the final quality which allows us to "hang our hat" 100% on the Morada Produce Brand.
